Tips To Ensure Maximum Protection:
- Set-up is easy, right out of the package. Use posts to connect the deer netting across an area.
- Be sure to make sure that the fencing is properly secured. Deer will come into contact with it and it needs to be tied down strong enough so that deer cannot knock it over too easily.
- Deer netting can also be draped over individual plants to protect them.
- If deer are able to jump over, you can angle the deer netting out slightly for better results. An angled deer net is more challenging for deer to have a clear jump.
- Feel free to cut the netting into different sizes for your trees or other areas.
While the product is designed to be safe for all animals, Dalen recommends regular inspections to make sure no small critters have gotten stuck that need rescuing while attempting to trespass in your garden.
