Luster Leaf® Rapitest® Light & Moisture Meter is a combination meter designed to check the two most important factors for healthy, growing plants - soil moisture and light exposure. It helps you determine when to water and where to position plants for optimal growth, preventing over or under watering. To use, insert the tethered stainless steel, bi-metallic probe into the soil to measure moisture at root level, while the high-quality purple chromatic lens indicates light levels.
The large, easy-to-read display provides nearly instant readings on a scale of 1 - 10 (dry - wet) for moisture and A - H (cloudy - sunny) for light. Specifically designed for use in soil only, this meter requires no batteries and includes a guide with watering and light needs for over 150 plants.
