It is ideal for front lawns, new lawns, or reseeding, and germinates in approximately 7 days for quick coverage while being 99.99% weed-free. The mix contains high-quality varieties such as Kentucky Bluegrass, Perennial Ryegrass, and Fine Fescue, selected for performance in sunny conditions. It also includes Scotts® WaterSmart® PLUS Coating Technology, which enhances the seed's ability to absorb water and nutrients, improving germination and root development even in dry conditions.
For best results, apply in spring or fall when temperatures are consistently 15 to 26°C (60 to 80°F). A 1 kg bag covers up to 246 m² (2,648 ft²).
