With a regiment of regular membrane cleaning, membrane life, Permeate production and optimal salt rejection can be achieved. Membrane cleaning procedure should be performed as part of your sites SOP (standard operating procedure) for the HyperLogic systems. HyperLogic Anti-Scalant Concentrate is a broad spectrum anti-scalant for use with our Commercial, Industrial and Heavy-Industrial RO systems to help inhibit the formation of Calcium Carbonate scale build-up. When used in conjunction with our HyperLogic Chemical Injector Systems, this anti-scalant helps to prolong membrane life and is a cost effective alternative to water softeners. Additionally, the use of a Chemical Injector over a Softener reduces system down and time & drain to waste caused by the Softener regeneration process. Please refer to your HyperLogic Owners Manual for proper dilution and injection ratio. This product MUST be diluted prior to use. Replace membranes when product water decreases and/or ppm increase. Merlin Garden Pro and Evolution RO1000 membranes reduce 94%+ of total dissolved solids. Stealth RO100/200, Stealth RO150/300 and microRO-75 membranes reduces 98%+ of total dissolved solids. The Evolution RO1000 and Merlin Garden Pro systems need two (2) membranes. For all membranes, RO output depends on the source water temperature. At 77°, the system should produce 100% of the rated output. As the temperature drops or increases, so does the output.

This pump is designed to be installed before the Stealth RO to boost the inlet pressure. Wells and low pressure (below 40 PSI) water sources can benefit greatly from this pump. It boosts the pressure significantly, allowing the Stealth RO to run with higher flow and more efficiency while having better TDS removal. The pump is designed for long service life and runs very quietly. Comes with a high pressure switch and operates at 110V.
